It is finally time to watch Sailor Moon Crystal, Act 23, Covert Maneuvers – Wiseman. It felt so long(maybe because of the three week wait) but it’s finally here. It will be available to stream on Crunchyroll, Hulu and Niconico starting June 6th at 6am EST, 3am PST, or 9pm JST. In this episode we get to see Black Lady, about time! She is corrupted by wiseman and is evil also this is the episode where she makes out with her father.
